چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this study is to explore the extent of employee engagement in green initiatives and their willingness to accept organizational changes within commercial companies in Tehran province. The study's population comprised of numerous commercial companies in Tehran province, with ۱۴۸ participants, of whom ۱۰۷ were selected using stratified random sampling. The research employed questionnaires to gather data on employees' green participation and their willingness to accept change. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to validate the questionnaires, with Cronbach's alpha showing good reliability (۰.۹۲, ۰.۸۲, ۰.۸۷). The study employed Pearson's correlation test, regression analysis, and a structural equation model to analyze the data, using SPSS ۱۹ and LISREL ۸.۸ software. The results indicated that, according to the structural equation model, employee green participation has a direct and indirect effect on their resistance to accepting change.
