چکیده مقاله:
:A group of cells that prolifrated more than normal tissue is called a cancerous tumor. The reason for this abnormal growth is that cancer cells do not normally respond to cell regulating factors such as tumor suppressors and growth stimulating factors. Tumors are usually prolifrated into benign and malignant. Benign tumors are tumors that do not metastasize, usually have a capsule and few vessels. Malignant tumors are called cancer. Malignant tumors can attack the adjacent tissues and infect them and multiply there. These types of tumors are very dangerous and they are also very dangerous if blood vessels and nerves are involved. In most cases, colon cancer originates from intestinal polyps. Colon polyps are lumps of flesh that originate from the inner lining of the colon. This cancer shows a very high heterogeneity in pathological genetic characteristics. Explaining the regulatory relationships between mRNA and lncRNA can help to identify the pattern of gene expression regulation in malignant colorectal cancer. In this study, the integration of weighted gene co-expression network in malignant tumor was investigated by analyzing the expression data obtained from the samples of normal and cancer patients.
