Data were analyzed by SPSS. The average length of stay in the ICU in ۱۴۰۰ was ۸.۹۵ days. The study has shown that the incidence of nosocomial infections in patients who were admitted to ICUs was ۲۰.۴۴% . in addition, the bacteriological tests has illuminated that the klebsiella bacteria was the lead cause of HAI infection along with CRE,XDR antibiotics resistance. According to of results of the investigation, increasing ICU stay time has a direct relation with the risk of HAI, as well as the excessively prescribed antibiotic increasing the rate of resistant infections.
