of antioxidant and anti-polyphenols of PE fruit can be implemented in the food and pharmaceutical industry. L.phyllantus Emblica (PE) is usually known as a drug and food hemologic plant that is abundant in polyphenols. Polyphenols were extracted from the PE fruit using the response level method and its anti-aging ability was identified. PE fruit polyphenols exhibited strong antioxidant capacities in free radicals and anti-choline esterase capability with ACHE and Buche inhibited in laboratory conditions. In addition, PE fruit polyphenols showed a strong protective effect against the aging process in the Caenorhabditis Elegans, including increased thermal resistance, long-term life span of ۱۸.۵۳ %, reduce ACE activity with ۳۴.۷۱ % and Buche with ۴۵.۳۸ %. It was accompanied by enhancing the activity of SOD antioxidant enzymes ۳۰.۷۴ % and CAT with ۸.۴۲ %, while ۳۶.۲۵ % of MDA levels decreased. These properties may be associated with their glycosides with their abundant flavonols and specific phenolic acids, such as quercetin, mierricine, allergic, gallia and chlorogen. Significant potential of antioxidant and anti-polyphenols of PE fruit can be implemented in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
