چکیده مقاله:
Introduction and objective: The disease of COVID-۱۹ affects all age groups, from newborns to the elderly, and in pregnant women, it can be associated with significant complications for the mother and the fetus. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of reviewing fetal complications and perinatology of covid-۱۹.Method: This study was a descriptive review. First, the keywords were determined based on Mesh and then searches were performed in databases based on the keywords of pregnancy, complications, PubMed Science Direct, WHO, Scopus, Google scholar, maternal information, fetal complications, perinatal complications, and covid-۱۹. A total of ۳۲ articles were obtained and finally ۱۸ articles were used to write a review.Results: Based on the results of the review of studies, our Results were placed in two categories. First class, maternal complications of covid-۱۹ including respiratory distress, dissemination of intravascular coagulation, renal failure, bacterial pneumonia, intubation and intubation, sepsis, hospitalization in the intensive care unit, abortion, stillbirth, premature birth, death and second class, fetal complications and Neonatal covid ۱۹ includes neonatal asphyxia, neonatal infection, fetal brain development disorder, intrauterine growth restriction and neonatal death.Conclusion: Because during pregnancy, the immune responses of the body undergo changes due to the acceptance of the fetus and placenta and act weaker than in the non-pregnant state, making pregnant women susceptible to infections such as covid-۱۹ infection. Therefore, it is expected that pregnant women will be given complete training regarding the methods of preventing the transmission of the disease of Covid-۱۹ and observing the principles of health.
