چکیده مقاله:

Introduction and objective: Asia is the fourth most dangerous country in the world in terms of natural disasters, and Iran is the most accident-prone country in the region. On the other hand, in Iran, in normal and non-critical conditions, ۳۰% of children suffer from nutritional deficiency of protein and energy, of which ۱۱% are moderately to severely affected by this problem. This brief article points out that in times of crisis, the country's health and relief staff should pay special attention to vulnerable groups, especially children, which is briefly addressed in this article.Method: This article is a review and in its compilation, library and internet searches in the latest books, articles and relevant scientific sites have been used. In this review study, the desired information was searched from the articles indexed in the databases Scopus, Pubmed, Iranmedex, Magiran, Proquest, SID, Google Scholar, Science Direct with the key words of Feeding, infants, children, crisis from ۲۰۱۰ to ۲۰۲۰. The collection of reviewed articles included ۳۰ articles. Results: It is recommended to provide and distribute extra food to vulnerable groups by cooking meals at the place of ۳۵۰-۵۰۰ kcal per day or giving dry rations of ۱۰۰-۷۰۰ kcal per day between Ki to two meals. This diet includes a major meal of bread, oil or fat, legumes and animal proteins, and some vegetables and fruits. Malnutrition are moderate. If the rate of malnutrition in the affected population is more than ten percent or there are other factors exacerbating malnutrition such as high mortality or an epidemic of infectious diseases or measles and diarrhea, then some vitamins, such as vitamins A & C (weekly) and iron syrup is given to the person. If water intake is limited, you should try to avoid excessive consumption of fats, proteins and salty foods because they cause thirst and it is more advisable to consume juicy canned foods. Conclusion: In crisis situations, evaluating food resources, proper rationing and giving priority to high-risk and vulnerable groups, especially children, is of particular importance. Breastfeeding is a priority for crisis-stricken infants, and since mortality in crisis is due to infection and metabolic disorders, it is important to pay attention to clinical signs to begin nutrition therapy and to provide a minimum energy intake of ۲۱۰۰ kcal proteins and vitamins and minerals are necessary to reduce malnutrition and its side effects.
