چکیده مقاله:
Introduction and objective: Health care assessments are traditionally conducted during face-to-face clinical interactions. Social distancing requirements introduced to prevent community transmission of Covid-۱۹ have led to the wider use of virtual care methods. This study presented a conceptual model for the extensive evaluation of remote respiratory for adult patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions during the Covid-۱۹ pandemic. Methods: This study was conducted in Kerman from May to July ۲۰۲۲ by exploratory method. Semi-structured face-to-face interviews were conducted with ۶ infectious diseases specialists and ۵ general physicians involved in the care of Covid-۱۹ patients. All interviews were recorded and transcribed verbatim. Based on thematic analysis, data were coded and analyzed using Atlas.ti۸ software. Results: The analysis of the interviews showed that in addition to the patient's informational needs, technical-infrastructural requirements should also be available for remote respiratory assessment. The information requirements of patients are collected in three stages: quick assessment, history review, complete respiratory assessment. The technical-infrastructural requirements are also provided in the two phases of setup and connection, just to set up virtual system. Conclusion: This conceptual model is suitable as a guide to help health care providers to rapidly and extensively assess the remote respiratory of large numbers of adult patients.
