چکیده مقاله:

Introduction and objective: The factors affecting the occurrence of these errors, age, work experience, high workload, shift work, fatigue, sleep disorders, lack of personnel training, etc., reduce the level of safety of personnel and patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the work shift on prenatal pressure, sleep disturbance, fatigue, and error rates. Using a questionnaire of NASA-TLX, Opera, ISI, occupational fatigue was evaluated, respectively, for evaluation of labor, insomnia and sleepiness and fatigue. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version ۲۰ and descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, linear regression and t-test. Results: According to the results, the mean of stress among staff was ۶۴.۴ at high levels, fatigue level among all personnel was ۶.۲۷ ± ۰.۵۴ at a very high level, as well as the severity of insomnia and sleepiness at the level Intermediate disorders. The Results indicated a decrease in the average mental workload, intensity of insomnia, sleepiness, fatigue, and the number of accidents and errors among day care workers towards night work. There was also a significant relationship between work shift, work experience, error with fatigue variables, insomnia and sleepiness (p <۰.۰۵). Conclusion: Hospital nurses, in addition to work-shifting, often suffer from excessive mental workload, fatigue and sleep disturbances that can have a determining role in accidents and errors. Therefore, identifying these factors requires more precise planning to prevent these incidents.
