چکیده مقاله:

Nowadays, the use of satellite methods in analyzing the hydrological phenomena is considered as an efficient tool for monitoring the condition of water resources. Also, due to the lack of ground station data or sufficient information, remote sensing method can be used, which is able to collect data from wide areas by means of different sensors. The effects of phenomena such as drought on vegetation appear gradually. Therefore, if the amount of vegetation cover is assessed and monitored by an algorithm, from satellite images, it is possible to warn the destructive phenomenon of drought on time, by gradually reducing the vegetation cover of the regions. In this research, using the combination of the images of Landsat, MADIS and GRACE satellites, the changes in surface runoff, underground water and changes in the drought indicators of the Hamedan Plain between ۲۰۰۲-۲۰۱۷ were analyzed. The results showed that the long-term average runoff in the Hamadan Plain is ۰.۵۱۲ cm/s and the changes in the groundwater level for three outputs of the CSR, GFZ, and JPL databases, from the highest to the lowest level change rate are equal to ۲۹.۵۲, ۳۱.۰۵, and ۳۵.۱۲ cm respectively. Also, the results of the drought indicators section of the region showed that Hamedan city is in a moderate drought intensity condition, and according to the vegetation cover of the most of the lands in the region , is classified as barren having low vegetation.
