چکیده مقاله:

The safety and structural soundness of building Façade is a critical aspect of modern construction, especially in tall buildings. Building Façade are complex systems that must withstand various environmental and structural loads, including wind, rain, seismic activity, and thermal expansion. In recent years, several high-profile incidents involving building facade failures have raised concerns about the safety and reliability of these structures. This article examines the importance of building Façade in structural design, with a focus on the impact on building performance, energy efficiency, aesthetics, and structural stability. The article also explores the roles of engineers, building owners, legislators, and other stakeholders in ensuring the safety and structural soundness of building Façade. Finally, the article proposes three key measures to enhance the safety and reliability of building Façade, including the development of national standards for building facade materials, the establishment of a certification system for building facade contractors and manufacturers, and the implementation of regular inspections and maintenance programs. the development of national standards, the establishment of a certification system for façade designers, and the implementation of regular inspections and maintenance. By promoting a collaborative approach and implementing practical solutions, Iran can improve the safety and quality of its modern façade design and ensure the sustainable growth of its built environment.
