چکیده مقاله:
Today, cereals, especially wheat and barley, are among the things that guarantee the food security ofcountries. The main goal of all countries is to bring more cultivation of these products and moreproduction by using the necessary policies. But these definitely have consequences that can be pointed toenvironmental pollution, but with more energy efficiency, this pollution can be minimized, the use ofNPK fertilizers with high technologies that have less pollution and emission in the environment is on theagenda. is placed If this has happened to most governments, including Iran, environmental protectionpolicies and low emission of pollutants can have proportional effects. The changes in GDP and theincrease in demand for these important grains require the investigation of these conditions because thisissue itself and the increase in government income lead to the expansion of various sectors of theeconomy, including the agricultural industry. We investigated this issue by using World Bank and FAOdata and using an OLS model and proved Iran's good performance in this field.
