چکیده مقاله:
Background: Today, the healthcare sector has a direct relationship with the health of the societyand nurses, as an important member of it, play a significant role in this regard, so the present studyaims to determine the factors influencing the tendency of nurses towards tobacco, psychoactivesubstances and drugs. Narcotic was done.Methods: This is an analytical review study from MedLib, SID, Iran doc databases between ۱۳۹۱and ۱۴۰۱ and Science Direct, ISI, PubMed, Google Scholar between ۲۰۱۲ and ۲۰۲۲ using thekeywords of Drug use, psychoactive substances, tendency to use drugs, nurses, effective factorswere done and finally ۱۰ articles were analyzed.Findings: There are various factors in nurses' tendency to use tobacco, narcotics and psychoactivesubstances. These factors include working conditions (night shift, irregular rhythms of life, day offshift, anxiety and sleep disorders, changes in work schedule, lack of free time and job burnout),psychological and personality status (deficiency in emotional feelings, dyslexia and weak selfesteem),social and family support and changes related to the organization's environment.Results: There are several underlying factors, each of which can predict the tendency or nontendencyto use tobacco, narcotics, and psychoactive substances. Nurses, like all other professions,face a series of mental and psychological concerns related to work, family and children, which ifthe relevant officials do not pay enough attention, the possibility of increased risks, including thetendency to use, can be expected
