چکیده مقاله:

spiral chest computed tomography scan in COVID-۱۹ suspected patient can demonstrate reliableclues which lead the physician to an exact diagnosis. It also provides a reliable estimate of thedisease severity's range as well as prognosis. ground glass opacity, crazy paving, sub-pleureticline, pleural effusion and consolidation are remarkable signs and long involvement distribution isconsiderable too. Each of these radiologic signs illustrates the pathologic change that is going onin the lung through the skeleton cage of the chest. Addiction to inhaling opium affects a largenumber of people in the middle east and Iran as well. so studying radiologic changes in opiumaddictedCOVID-۱۹ positive patients shows possible variabilities in pathology and prognosiscompared to the infected normal population.
