Disappeared ovary after detorsion in a ۲۶-year-old pregnant woman: A case report

we present a case of A ۲۶-year-old woman with hypothyroidism that was treated with levothyroxine,and was hospitalized at ۲۵ weeks of gestational age that diagnosis of ovarian torsion and underwent detorsion surgery, but finally, after a few weeks during cesarean section, no trace and evidence of the ovary was observed, which suggests the phenomenon of spontaneous ovarian absorption.
