چکیده مقاله:
Due to the strictness of environmental laws and emission standards in the field of transportation, the use of hybrid propulsion by using electrical energy storage sources has been more and more considered. With the increasing use of energy storage resources, lithium-ion batteries are knownas one of the main types[۱]. Estimation of battery performance and condition plays a key role in battery energy management. Various methods have been proposed to achieve battery conditions, including charge level and health level, each of which has advantages and disadvantages[۲]. One of the important challenges in the field of battery condition estimation, in addition to the need for its accuracy, is to be real time, which has been considered when using it[۳].The battery management system needs to recognize two important technical parameters in thebattery. The first parameter is related to the output of the battery (SOC) and the second parameter is related to the internal conditions of the battery (SOH)[۴]. The battery management systemusually simulates, estimates and manages the battery output using the equivalent circuit model. However, there are limitations in terms of battery health and life, and the functional safety of thebattery is also affected[۵].In this article, the estimation methods of battery parameters in the electrochemical model have been investigated. The methods are based on data and have the ability to calculate the parametersinvolved in the model online. The purpose of this problem is to use more accurate models of battery behavior in the battery management system. As a result, by using data-driven models in the use of the electrochemical model, it is possible to reduce the calculation time by maintaining the accuracyand proper validation of the model.
