Monitoring systems in real-time conditions and its application inthe electricity industry

Today, video monitoring and CCTV systems are of great importance in electricity industry with the aimof providing security and physical protection, increasing safety and preventing crime and theft. In thisarticle, the problem of planning the CCTV display for monitoring in real-time conditions has beeninvestigated and the solution for planning the CCTV view has been analyzed with the approach of thehuman operator's view. Eye tracking of a human operator is determining his attention to a specific CCTVcamera, which is done by simulating a CCTV control room environment. With this approach, in thisarticle, a method is proposed that helps the human operator to better identify the incidents that occurred inthe environment for selecting and planning CCTV shots .
