چکیده مقاله The effect of organizational virtue and organizational justice on the organizational commitment of secondary school teachers
The purpose of this research was to explain the effect of virtue and organizational justice on the organizational commitment of secondary school teachers in Dezful city. The research method is descriptive-correlation using the structural equation model. The statistical sample of the research included 165 teachers who were selected using the stratified random sampling method and based on the sample size estimation table of Karjesi and Morgan. Data collection was done using Allen and Meyer's organizational commitment questionnaire (2004), Niehoff and Moorman's (1993) organizational justice questionnaire, and Cameron et al.'s (2004) organizational virtue questionnaire. To analyze the data from descriptive statistics indices including mean and standard deviation and from inferential statistics tests including: confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach (PLS) using 20 spss and Smart software. PLS was used. The research findings showed that organizational virtue and organizational justice have a direct effect on organizational commitment. Also, the conceptual model of organizational commitment based on organizational virtue and organizational justice was consistent with the empirical model.
