چکیده مقاله:

The correlation between the enhancement of science and the development of human lives has ‎always been quoted by prominent scientist. Nowadays, most of the developed countries have ‎literate and educated people whilst in underdeveloped ones, the majority of people are ‎unlettered. This educational and scientific gap leads into its extension. The main causes of ‎poverty in different countries of the world is the lack of proper educational, teaching, and ‎learning methods leading to a decrease of literacy level, immigration of educated people, and ‎ultimately deterioration of the financial and educational situation. In most of the poor countries, ‎there has always been a lot of prosperous natural sources and as they have not had the knowledge ‎to exploit, they could have not extract or use it. Consequently, it cannot be declared that he poor ‎countries did not have qualifications to improve in various fields, but the knowledge to use their ‎own national property and capital. This gap demonstrates different variables that have affected ‎it, showing to widen without any tendency to narrow. However, the features of socio-technical ‎innovation and development that prevail in the standardised setting of industrialised countries ‎can become fuzzy and elusive in the context of less developed regions, where exacerbated social ‎and environmental problems call for a better alignment of our innovation models. Perhaps a shift ‎from traditional views of innovation, development and modernity that essentially rely on ‎scientific and technological progress catalysed by the wealthiest towards a recognition of ‎political, cultural and cognitive factors that drive innovation in low income economies will help ‎us to foster realignment.
