A comparative study of the effects of growth stimulants on the performance of potato cultivation in the airponic system and the field

چکیده مقاله:
This research was conducted to study the effect of different bugs of seedling, root-growth-stimuli bacteria on the varieties of potato in two divisions: farm and Aeroponic, to reach to the highest quantity, weight and mini-tuber quality of potato under greenhouse conditions. In farm division, two factors (the first factor including mini-tubers of three varieties of potato named Agria, Khavaran and Marfona , the second factor included four treatments of plant-growth-stimuli bacteria: ۱ Azusprylum ۲ Sudumonas ۳ Bacteria combination of Azusprylum and Sodomonas and ۴ without inoculation with bacteria) were performed in farm station of Agriculture Research and Natural Sources in Ardabil in ۲۰۱۶. Traits such as number, weight and yield of tuber were evaluated. This experiment were conducted a Factorial based on Completely Randomized Design with three replications and three factors. The A factor were including two plantlet ages (۳۰ and ۴۰ days), the B factor including two commercial cultivars (Agria and Khavaran) and the C factor including two biological fertilizers growth enhancing of plant root [control and two bacteria combine (Azospirillum and Seudomonas)]. The results from variance analysis of farm traits showed that there is a significant difference among varieties, plant growth stimuli bacteria, their transaction in traits such as the number of tuber per plant, tuber weight per plant and tuber yield at ۱% probable level. Mean value of tuber yield in varieties including Agria, Marfona and Khavaran in treatment of combining two bacteria Azusprylum and Sodomonas was higher than the other treatments and mean value of tuber yield was ۲۹.۶ tons per hectare. Also, it was maximum ۳۶ tons per hectare in treatment combination of two bacteria Azusprylum and Sodomonas in Marfona variety and minimum ۲۵ tons per hectare in Agriya and Marfona varieties in control treatment. Analysis of variance showed that between cultivars in terms of trait leaves number per plant, number of days to stolon formation, the number of days to tuberization, days to first harvest and length of stolons, between biological fertilizers in terms of trait mini-tuber number and weight per plant and square meter, plant height, main and lateral stem number per plant, leaves number per plant, number of days to stolon formation, tuberization and first harvest, and the length of stolons and cultivars × biological fertilizers interaction in terms of trait mini-tuber number and weight per plant and square meter, plant height, main stem number per plant, leaves number per plant, number of days to stolon formation and stolon length there were significantly differences. The Agria and Khavaran cultivars in biological fertilizer treatment had high mini-tuber number per plant and square meter and tuber weight average and low number of days to stolon formation and tuberization. The Agria cultivar in biological fertilizer treatment had highest of mini-tuber weight per plant and square meter, plant height, main stem number per plant, leaves number per plant and stolon number and the lowest of number of days to first harvest.
