Ranking of different strains of corona disease in terms of severity from the point of view of treatment staff

The purpose of this research is ranking different strains of corona disease in terms of severity from the point of view of the medical staff. This research is applied and descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the research is some of the doctors and nurses of three hospitals in Tehran who had major activities related to Corona, and the number of these people is ۳۰. According to Morgan's table, the sample size is equal to ۲۸ people and the sampling method was simple random. First, by examining the background of the research, five strains of alpha, beta, gamma, delta and Omicron were identified. Then, a pairwise comparison questionnaire was designed and then some of the questionnaires were distributed in physical form and some others were distributed online. In this research, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and some doctors, and in order to determine the reliability, the inconsistency rate was used. Considering that this rate is less than ۰/۱. It shows its reliability. After collecting the questionnaires, using the AHP method and online software, the data was analyzed and the strains were ranked. Based on the findings of this research, the ranking of different strains of corona disease in terms of severity from the point of view of the treatment staff includes Delta, Alpha, Omicron, Gamma and Beta strains, respectively.
