Case presentation•The patient is a ۴۸-year-old woman who presented with a skinlesion of the right breast that had existed for a year and had hadslow growth during that period•a rednodular lesion with a definite border measuring approximately۲ ×۴ cm in the lower inner quarter of the right breast•No personal or family history of breast cancer•a past history of papillary thyroid carcinoma that had undergone total thyroidectomy and iodine therapya dense lesion with definite borders in the subcutaneous areano intramammarylesion or microcalcification•underwent excision of the mass with ۳ cm margins, followed by oncoplasticreconstruction•a core needle biopsy was done•pathology report indicated dermatofibrosarcomaprotuberance
