The negative consequences of earthquakes can be reduced only with sufficient state financing of the systems of the forecast of programs of creating seismic monitoring. Taking into account the dynamics of natural, technogenical, geopolitical factors the periodic regional correction of the estimations of the seismic activity of the territories (The quality of the geological space resource is required for the stay of man and different types of economic activity). The sociapsychological preparation of the population taking into account the cultural traditions of the natives plays a significant preventive role, for the stabilization of the situation in the regions of the natural catastrophes after the catastrophe.
