چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, various fields of study have been introduced for laser cladding. In thepresent research, at first, the importance and application of this method in superalloysused in turbine industries has been discussed. Then, the laser cladding process isintroduced and its advantages are explained. In another part, different types of lasercladding methods are briefly explained for a better understanding of this process. In thenext section, from a parametric point of view, three characteristics of average power (P),laser scanning speed (S), and powder feeding rate (F) were introduced as the mainparameters of the laser cladding process, which have the greatest effect on the quality ofthe cladding. Also, the effect of these three parameters on cladding width, claddingheight, penetration depth, dilution rate and wetting angle were investigated. In thefollowing, the effect of parameters such as power, laser beam diameter, scanning speed,feeding rate, shielding gas and preheat on the resulting cladding parameters such as:hardness, dilution, porosity, melting pool temperature and maximum feeding rate wasinvestigated by mentioning related studies. In the end, defects in laser cladding such asporosity, cracks and distortion were introduced and the ways to solve them were alsoexplained.
