چکیده مقاله:

In the joining of non-homogeneous metals and alloys due to their different chemicalcomposition, the strength and quality of the interface of the heat-affected zone (HAZ) islargely dependent on the parameters of these types of processes. Therefore, the purposeofthis research is to investigate the effect of pre-heating temperature. Heating at differenttimes on the microstructure and strength of the non-homogeneous connection of Mo۴۰steel with St۳۷. In this research, the connection created between Mo۴۰ steel and St۳۷steel by GMAW method with filler made of alloy ۱.۵۱۲۵ and the effect of preheatingtemperature have been investigated. The results of the research show that among thevarious variables, preheating time and temperature are very important in increasing theservice life of the mentioned parts in the welded state. Also, the results of the simulationin the JMatPro software environment show that the presence of M۷-C۳ and M۲۳C۶carbides can affect the final strength properties ofthe mentioned steel.
