چکیده مقاله:
In general, when a piece of structure is built somewhere other than its original location and then installed in its original location, it is considered prefabricated. Prefabricated parts can be used as load-bearing parts of the building as well as non-load-bearing parts such as facade or separating blade. Box systems, tunnel systems, load-bearing wall systems, and beam and column systems are common types of prefabricated systems. Prefabricated method is very important in the construction of structures due to its speed of execution, economy, possibility of use in different weather conditions, reuse of prefabricated parts, etc. Therefore, this method is basically the case in the last century. The most important disadvantage of such buildings is their connections.
