Given the importance of energy saving issues and the high share of energy consumption in industry, the use of effective methods in this regard will have significant effects on the development of any country. Co-generation of electricity and heat (CHP) as an efficient method to reduce energy consumption, is currently on the agenda of many developed countries and a significant share of electricity and heat production required in these countries, using this method In Iran, due to cheap energy and low share of energy costs compared to other costs in the household budget, so far no basic measures have been taken on how to consume energy and ways to reduce its consumption.But gradually, as the price of energy consumption, due to the globalization of the economy and trade, moves towards international prices and finds a higher ratio in the cost of the family, its consumption and waste is a waste of national capital and economic cycle. The country is harmed and the environment is endangered. Therefore, finding solutions to optimize energy consumption in power plants, which are one of the most consumed industries in the country, is of particular importance. In this article, the feasibility of the simultaneous production system of heating, cooling and electricity systems for the university complex in Gonbad Kavous city has been done using software. Supplementary cash is complementary electricity load of ۸.۰۴۴۷ MWh and the amount of electricity exported to the grid is ۵۲.۹۹۵ MWh and the remaining electricity required is ۷۳۱ MWh and the amount of heat recovered is ۱۰.۲۵ MWh and the efficiency is ۵۳.۵%. The useful life of the system is ۲۰ years.
