چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this article is to achieve an active model of teaching the history of Islamic architecture through conceptualization in this field. In the context of teaching the history of Islamic architecture, this article considers the creation of "Knowlede" based on conceptualization beyond the transfer of "information" in the field of active teaching of the history of Islamic architecture. In confronting and dealing with negative feedbacks due to the common mistake of "information" view of this course, the importance of the subject of "historical thinking" is clarified, which is explored through paying attention to "what is historical thinking" and "achieving historical thinking" in this article. In the context of achieving the appropriate quality in history teaching, relying on the definitions and concepts presented, the topics of "considering the process of evolution" and "knowing the essence of repeated experiences" become important. Accordingly, the desired quality in teaching can be achieved by paying attention to the three categories of "stimulating the ability to discover, interpret and analyze the relationships of historical events", "abstraction and simplification of historical events" and "extraction of historical rules and traditions". According to such a process, the plurality of information and historical deposits are simplified in the form of convergent rules and holistic vision and in a conceptual format. In this case, not only the learning of history becomes easy, but the power of decision-making and planning in the context of contemporary issues and solving challenges related to Islamic identity and Iranian Islamic architecture will be conceptually supported, and a topic called "Dynamic History" will be able to be presented.
