The Assessment of Attitudes of the Key Role Players in the Barriersand Possible Solutions in Pharmacy Trading

A scientific and up-to-date management within the health system and its subcategories canimprove the public health of people and the country consequently. Pharmacy as an element andan important member of the health family must be able to meet all its beneficiaries' satisfaction.Most of the issues of pharmacies' issues are in a vicious circle. In other words, pharmacies intheir relationships' circle with other beneficiaries affect and are also affected in return too.A number of actual beneficiaries in pharmacies were identified in this paper. Then, the relationbetween these agents and finding the challenges which cause dysfunctions as well as patterns tostrengthen this system were investigated by the well-designed along with questionnaires toevaluate the internal and external conditions of each stakeholder.The results included the solutions for better conditions of pharmacist, recruitment of skilledtechnicians in pharmacies, more attention to the welfare factors of patients such as quickpreparation of medicines, filing electronic files of the referral system and the amendment of theregulations in the pharmaceutical economical systems like medicines' pricing, costs service, taxand proper architecture of pharmacies.
