چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Male infertility accounts for approximately ۴۰% of all infertility cases and approximately ۷% of all men worldwide. Oxygen species are reactive molecules that contain oxygen that can contain unpaired electrons (radicals). Or oxidizing agents are non-radical. Also, the state of oxidative stress and the presence of reactive oxygen species in the male reproductive system are strongly associated with infertility. While the physiological level of reactive oxygen species is essential for normal sperm function, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of reactive oxygen species on male infertility in the world. Methods: This study was conducted in ۲۰۲۲ with a search for keywords such as reactive oxygen species, male infertility and Infertility in the world in valid databases such as: pub med and google scholar, which finally found ۱۵ articles. Of these ۱۵ articles, ۱۰ articles were used Results: Based on studies of articles, the results show that male infertility accounts for approximately ۴۰% of all infertility cases and approximately ۷% of all men worldwide, which has recently received considerable attention to the role of oxidative stress in the pathophysiology of infertility. Men turned. The operating system of free radicals, such as reactive oxygen species, is associated with a reduction in the consumption of differential antioxidants. Inhuman factors have a positive effect on the association of various diseases such as cancer, heart failure and obesity. Reactive oxygenated semen due to pathology of the male reproductive system such as varicocele It has been reported that the consequences of reactive oxygen species are realized through redox reactions with a large number of biological substrates or produce oxidized biomolecules. Also within sperm, low levels of reactive oxygen species are essential to advance the main stages of development Conclusion: According to the findings, it is better to set up a program to reduce the risk that the risk factor is not dangerous for us and it is recommended that we continue the study process to do a good job of this study.
