Six Sigma implementation as a project; To increase defects in a car manufacturing Co; IKCo

Six Sigma can be defined and understood at three distinct levels: metric, methodology and philosophy. The goal of Six Sigma is to increase profits by eliminating variability, defects and waste that undermine customer loyalty. In this article, the steps and methods used to apply Six Sigma as a project to increase the number of defected polymer parts in a Trim Line in Irankhodro Co is discussed. The first step in our project is to define a project charter. In this project wehave a Six Sigma green belt as project manager and three engineers and five operators in his group.
