Background and aim: Job satisfaction and burnout of nurses are two vital elements in health centers. Considering that the bulk of workers operating in hospitals consists of nurses. things of those two important structure variables includes a direct relationship with the standard of nursing services and, consequently, the community of people, still as a major impact on the achievements of these institutions.Materials and method: In our study, keywords” In our study, keywords”SARS-coV-۲, wastewater, wastewater-based-epidemiology (WBE)” were searched in information “PubMed, Google Scholar, Science Direct” with none time limitation, finally, the foremost relevant articles were elite and examined.Results: New social control theories believe that man inherently desires work and strives to satisfy his instinctual, physical, and daily needs. the general public pay nearly half their leisure hours nowadays in their work setting. Satisfaction with work and therefore the environment is that therefore important and necessary. the foremost difficult is the structure ideas that kind the idea of the many management policies and pointers to extend the productivity and potency of the organization. Job satisfaction could be a degree of positive emotions and attitudes that people have a response to job satisfaction. In addition, the organization, in addition to increasing changes, conserves their satisfaction with the requirements of their workers, and stop them from stress and nurses from the distinctions of those changes. The health care supplier teams are within the hospital sectors, and patients even have a lot of contact with nurses compared to alternative employees of the provider, thus the failure of this cluster because of their vital role in up patients, non-compensatory results can bring Forth.Conclusion: The results of this study showed that listening to the constituent factors of external and internal job satisfaction elements will greatly cut back the burnout of nurses. supported health care centers, managers will greatly increase the duty satisfaction of nurses, and consequently reduces job burnout in them, that ultimately, the satisfaction of patients from the services provided and increasing the performance of the health system.
