Background and aim: Higher education has a tremendous and significant impact on the comprehensive and sustainable development of countries and on the training of qualified human resources. Evaluating the curriculums provides the conditions to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the curriculum to improve it. Therefore, the research aim was reviewing the studies and comparing Iranian Bachelor-level of
Nursing curriculum and other colleges in European countries.Materials and method: Keywords related to bachelor of nursing, curriculum, bachelor's degree, Iran, comparative study, other countries, during from ۲۰۱۰ to ۲۰۲۱, descriptive review research based on the narrative review method will be searched in the reputable scientific databases Science Direct, PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, IranMedex, SID and Magiran. The studies performed by comparative method using Berdy model were considered as inclusion criteria. Thus, ۳ related studies were selected from ۱۶,۳۰۰ studies including Hacettepe university in Turkey, Florence University in United Kingdom, and Edinburgh university in Scotland.Results: According to this study, being the strengthening of communication strategies, education based on global standards, teaching important nursing theories, using evidence-based knowledge and emphasis on the best research, using new digital strategies and simulation methods in education, explanation of perspectives specializing in nursing, improving nursing management for the growth of professional values and behaviors as the advantage of three countries nursing curriculum can lead to the way for improving the nursing profession and various nurses roles and services in different fields.Conclusion: Although based on a review according to the Brady model Iran's nursing education program has a relatively favorable position compared to other countries in Europe continent, but the review of philosophy, educational strategies and policies in the country's health system should be reviewed to address weaknesses so that solving problems to meet the needs of society with maximum productivity and efficiency of nurses.
