Background and aim: Training can improve performance employees. Job satisfaction generally increases and self-esteem improves when employees better understand the workings of their organizations. Training can also enhance morale on the job and loyalty to their place of work. The purpose of this study was investigating the effect of the job training at the level of job satisfaction, job motivation and organizational loyalty of Dr. Sapir Hospital nurses in ۲۰۱۸.Materials and method: In this study, was used four-dimensional model of Latif ۲۰۱۲ (satisfaction with the training session, training content satisfaction, satisfaction with the trainer, and transfer of learning) the statistical population of the study was ۱۱۲ nurses in Dr. Sepir Hospital. Methods of data collection included library studies and field research. Collection tools of data were questionnaire. In this study SPSS ۲۳ software was used for data analysis. In this study in order to analyze the collected data was used descriptive statistics for estimate central characteristics and setting the statistical frequency distribution tables and also in order to investigate the effect of in-service training on job satisfaction, job motivation and organizational loyalty, nonparametric correlation test (Spearman) was used.Results: The findings confirmed all the research hypotheses and the effect of in-service training and its dimensions on job satisfaction (p-value = ۰.۰۰۰, r = ۰.۵۶۲), job motivation (p-value = ۰.۰۰۰, r = ۰.۵۹۹) and showed organizational loyalty (p-value = ۰.۰۰۰, r = ۰.۸۲۵).Conclusion: The results of the present study revealed that the training had a great effect on job satisfaction, job motivation and organizational loyalty of Dr. Sapir Hospital nurses in ۲۰۱۸; so, it needs special attention.
