چکیده مقاله:
One of the goals of learning a language is to connect with others and open a window to another world. However, despite the fact that Iranian students study the language for six consecutive years, few of them succeed in gaining relative proficiency in speaking English. This general weakness can be attributed to factors such as the use of incorrect methods in teaching, teachers' inability to speak, lack of speaking opportunities, overcrowded classes, lack of motivation in students, and the way entrance exams are held. In this paper, qualitative descriptive approach was adopted and the motivation factors have been discussed and considered to be investigated through interviews. finally, the proposed solutions have been mentioned.
