چکیده مقاله:
Objective: As is well known, gliomas are the deadlies t of allbrain tumors. Because of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and thefact that tumor cells are different, giving sys temic chemotherapyto treat glioma after surgery is ineffective and may even hurtthe immune sys tem. For this reason, the use of drug transporterssuch as hydrogels plays an important role in the passageof chemotherapy drugs through the blood-brain barrier. Evaluatingthe effect of hydrogels themselves on molecular mechanismsalso plays an important role in the selection and type ofchemotherapy drugs. In this s tudy, the focus is more on the roleof hydrogels in neurons and gliomas.Materials and Methods: The molecular mechanisms of thesehydrogel biomaterials and neurons were examined using a bioinformaticsapproach. There are numerous tools and databasesused in this s tudy to look at genes and protein products as wellas molecular mechanisms as well as gene ontologies. Results: ۷۶۵ upregulated and ۶۳۲ downregulated genes wereobserved in our data. In response to s tress, NGF, FGF۱, ERK/MAPK signaling pathways were demons trated in these genes. Also, MAMDC۲, PGF, FAM۴۶A, NPC۲, SMAD۶, and IL۴Rwere a prominent role in the effects of biomaterials hydrogelsin neural cells. Conclusion: Finally, in this inves tigation of the effects of biomaterialshydrogels in neural cells, the MAMDC۲, IL۴R, andSMAD۶ genes had a more robus t and better association withthe effects of hydrogel carriers’ chemotherapy drugs in glioma
