Objective: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), a degenerativeillness that can lead to death, begins with the loss of motorneurons in the brain and spinal cord. Medical researchers ares till trying to figure out molecular mechanisms in neurologicaldiseases like ALS. Both as trocytes and oligodendrocyte dysfunctioncan has ten the progression of the disease in this case.Materials and Methods: A bioinformatics approach was usedto look at the molecular mechanisms and discover importantelements between these two cell types in ALS. In this s tudy, welooked at genes, protein products, and miRNAs in as trocytesand oligodendrocytes utilizing integrated and continuous bioinformaticsanalytics via multiple tools and databases.Results: Cellular senescence, actin cytoskeleton, and cell cyclesignaling pathways were all involved in the findings acquired.When all the information was analyzed, TP۵۳, MDM۲, KRAS,PTPRC, and GSK proteins were identified as possible targets ofhsa-miR-۴۹۶-۵p, hsa-miR-۳۹۶-۵p, and hsa-miR-۴۲۵۸-۳p miRNAs,respectively.Conclusion: Finally, in this inves tigation of ALS producedfrom as trocytes and oligodendrocytes, the four genes had amore robus t and better association.
