چکیده مقاله:

Objective: A wound is a disorder in the natural s tructure, purpose, and interior soft layer of skin. The point of healing jaggedparts of our skin has been under the s tudying of scholars andresearchers with minimum side effects. There have been newmethods of treatment originating from s tem cells that aimed torebuild and heal some tissues and these cells have shown theirefficacy in healing animal diseases too. S tem cells with theirProdigious capabilities of propagation and rehabilitation areunique to other kinds of cells. The current survey is aimed atthe efficacy of s tem cells to treat a mouse wound.Materials and Methods: The firs t s tep was to separate andseed s tem cells of the Wharton jelly Umbilical cord. In the nexts tep, ۳۰ Wis tar mice were grouped in a pair of ۳ groups withthe firs t group (normal), and second group (control) jaggedas ۱ group included extract ۱۰% division used. This injectionwas performed on interior tissue in ۱ cc around the wound withphysiology serum group and with examination group was cellextract. After ۲۱ days some tissue models were gathered. Theprocess of s taining by Haematoxylin and Eosin was conductedand his topolytical s tudies were taken into account. Results: According to the results the speed of cured woundcontraction with cell extract was the mos t in contras t to othergroups. The variation of contraction speed was meaningful (Pvalue<۰.۰۵). In association with his topathological parametersin all treated groups with cellular extract, the number of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells and the rate of angiogenesis ismore than in the control groups which from a s tatis tical perspective, this difference was meaningful (P value<۰.۰۵). Thethickness of the germ tissue in the treated group was more thanthe control group and this difference was also meaningful (Pvalue<۰.۰۵).Conclusion: Totally, the use of Human Wharton's jelly mesenchymals tem cells extract.
