چکیده مقاله:

Prevalence in infertile women and fertile women with normal reproductiveoutcomes is similar approximately ۲-۴%.Congenital uterine anomalities: Septate uterus: poor septalblood supply, resulting in poor implantation efficiency and embryogrowth.Uterine myoma: ۷۰% of all reproductive-aged women ۵–۱۰%of infertile women. There is a clear consensus that submucousmyomas have significant adverse effect on clinical pregnancyrates and delivery rates.Acquired uterine anomalities: Asherman Syndrome: Intrauterineadhesions develop as a result of trauma. Any insult severe enoughto remove or des troy the endometrium can cause adhesions.Endometrial polyps are hyperplasic endometrial growths with avascular center and a sessile or pedunculated shape extendinginto the uterine cavity.Chronic endometritis has been regarded traditionally as adistinctbut uncommon cause of reproductive failure, but its trueprevalence in infertile women is unknown.
