بررسی اثرات سرریز شوک ناشی از سیاست مالی دولت آمریکابر متغیرهای کلان اقتصاد ایران: رهیافت GVAR

اقتصاد ایران که به لحاظ مفاهیم و عملکرد جزو اقتصادهای کوچک باز برشمرده می شود، از طریق کانالهای مالی و تجاری با اقتصاد جهانی ارتباط دارد لذا در مسیر راداری شوکهای سیاست های مالی و پولی کشورهایی با اقتصاد برتر همانند اقتصاد آمریکا قرار دارد. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در این تحقیق از طریق رهیافت نوین خودرگرسیون برداری جهانی(GVAR) به بررسی اثرات سرریز شوک مثبت مخارج دولتی آمریکا بر روی شاخصهای اقتصادی ایران با استفاده از داده های فصلی طی دوره زمانی ۲۰۱۶-۱۹۹۵ پرداخته شد.نتایج نشان می دهد که سرریزهای شوک سیاست مالی (شوک مثبت مخارج دولت) آمریکا از طریق کانال تجاری باعث رشد و تقویت اقتصاد کشورهای چین، اتحادیه اروپا و ژاپن که روابط تجاری مستقیم با آمریکا دارند، گردیده  و بطور غیر مستقیم از طریق افزایش قیمت نفت باعث رشد تولید واقعی، افزایش نرخ تورم و نرخ ارز حقیقی در اقتصاد ایران می شود. Iran's economy, which is categorized as small economies in terms of concepts and practices, linked to the world economy through financial and trade channels. Therefore, it is on the radar of monetary and monetary policy shocks of countries with a superior economy such as the American economy. Given the importance of the issue, this study investigated the effects of the positive spillover shock of US government spending on Iran's economic indicators by using the Global Vector Auto Regression (GVAR) approach and seasonal data over the period ۱۹۹۵–۲۰۱۶. The results show that the spillovers of US financial policy shock (positive government spending shocks) through the trade channel have contributed to the growth and strengthening of the economies of China, the European Union and Japan, which have direct trade relations with the United States; and indirectly, by increasing the oil price lead to real output growth, inflation rate and real exchange rate rises in the Iran's economy
