چکیده مقاله:
This study utilized integrated Delphi-PESTLE-TOPSIS methods to reach to a conceptual model for optimum slurry seal implementation. The outcome underlined the role of establishing think tanks that contain contractors, academic experts, and decision-makers before starting slurry projects. It is also suggested that in the process of deciding, social opinions should be considered as a thorough local need assessment. Creating a dynamic platform for more interaction of all parts is the other outcome of the present research which led to the synergy of all stakeholders’ potential. Finally, the role of empiricism shall not be forgotten.
