Triphenylphosphine promoted one-pot synthesis of alkyl (Z)-۲-((Z)-۲-(alkylimino)-۴-oxo-۳-phenylthiazolidin-۵-ylidene)acetate derivatives from the reaction of N-phenylthiourea derivatives and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates

The reaction of N-phenylthiourea derivatives with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in thepresence of triphenylphosphine leads to synthesis of alkyl (Z)-۲-((Z)-۲-(alkylimino)-۴-oxo-۳-phenylthiazolidin-۵-ylidene)acetate derivatives in excellent yields. These compounds also biologicalinteresting. All products were established by IR, ۱H, ۱۳CNMR, Mass spectroscopy and elementalanalysis.
