چکیده مقاله:
Nutraceutical are applied to products derived from food sources and involve major health benefits, mainly from food nutrients. The market for these products, aimed at preventing chronic diseases, increasing health, delaying aging, increasing life expectancy, or strengthening body structure and performance, will cover ۸۰۷۰۰ million by ۲۰۱۹. Sports and food supplements, including vitamins, minerals, herbal products, basic foods and beverages, fall under this category of products. Basic foods refer to edibles enriched with special stuff during the production process, e.g., adding vitamin D to milk. Despite this, there is no similar definition of nutraceutical in various countries, as there are differences. The laboratory division of the KNT Company performs the daily conduct of the tests of the above cases by the companies that produce types of nutraceutical. The services offered by the laboratory division include an analysis of metallic elements, extracts of plants and cases of plant indicators
