چکیده مقاله:
There are different factors that are important in the context of academic performance and educational achievement. In this regard, motivation and self-regulation are two of the most significant factors. Hence, the aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between motivation, self-regulation and students’ educational achievement. To this end, ۶۰ EFL students of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman were selected through convenience sampling to take part in this study. The results of data analysis through inferential statistics one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and linear regression proved that there was a significant positive relationship between self-regulation and students’ academic achievement (p = .۰۰۰) and there was not a significant relationship between motivation and their performance (p = .۰۸۷).
