چکیده مقاله:

In conventional deep drawing method, the applied force of the blankholder upon the blank sheet takes a constant value. This way of contact between blank and blankholder impedes successful flowing of blank into the die cavity and constricts access to high drawing ratios. Different techniques have been proposed by researchers to increase drawing ratios and improve deep drawing results. One of the recently used methods is vibratory blank holder technique that decreases the contact time between blank and blankholder. This causes to decrease in friction along with better flowing of blank sheet into the die. In this article the improvement of the vibratory system in order to drawcup-shaped aluminum ۱۰۵۰ work pieces is dealt with. So, in the new design the pendulum movement of the connecting rod has been canceled and consistent vibratory force was achieved. Deep drawing experiments show considerable increase in deep drawing ratio and improved surface quality using the new design presented in this study. Finally, FEM simulation of vibratory blankholder is realized using ABAQUS software and conclusions are drawn.
