چکیده مقاله:

Cities are very important as centers of population and capital concentration, and in the event of natural-unnatural disasters, they will face great loss of life and property. Evacuation planning is an important part of preparing for emergencies in urban areas. Emergency evacuation is in fact one of the first steps in crisis management that should be done in the shortest possible time; Because the speed of moving the injured, can have a significant impact on reducing mortality from accidents. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of the nature and method of work. This study seeks to examine the indicators of emergency evacuation in times of crisis. The results of studies show that effective indicators in emergency evacuation are: segmentation pattern of piece size, ratio of built-in surfaces to the whole plot, type of urban texture, height of buildings, classified transport, poor condition of key elements and inappropriate uses Urban land, but also inefficient communication of the city, dense urban fabric, high urban densities, poor condition of the city's infrastructure facilities, lack and improper distribution of urban open spaces, urban facilities and infrastructure such as water, electricity, gas and telecommunications, bridges and distance From faults and aqueducts.
