چکیده

In this paper, Comparing two methods of English language learning (face to face and virtual method) during Covid-۱۹ pandemic period; case study: Jahad language learning center, Sarpolzahab ,Kermansh,)is pursued in order to improve the learner's skills. The statistical sample of this study is ۶۰ language learners aged ۱۵ to ۲۰ who have been learning English simultaneously and under the same conditions in English language courses in a private institute for five years. Data analysis in this study was performed using SPSS statistical software, which according to the nature and method of writing the hypotheses of this study is used Repeated Measures Analysis of Variance (GLMRM) and T-test for dependent samples (paired). According to the results of Bonferroni intra-group following test, in comparison with the mean score of the teaching methods used in the study, the control group is not significantly different from the traditional teaching method, but the traditional task-based teaching method has a significant difference with the virtual teaching method. In general, according to the Combined Covariance test or Repeated Measures (GLMRM), it can be inferred that the virtual teaching method improves English skills learning more than the traditional teaching method
