چکیده مقاله:
The Quantum - Dot Cellular Automata is a new technology in the field of Nano-electronic and used of the quantum dot for digital computation .Because of very low power consumption, high-speed operation with greater device density, this technology is very important today. However, considering that only two independent and equal situation for QCA cells are, binary logic function implemented. The QCA encoding binary data in cell charge instead of the CMOS that encoding data in form of current switching in transistor circuit .The QCA is a transistor - less technology. The aim of this paper is to introduce multiplexer design methods based on QCA. Methods previously presented then a new design and modular design for multiplexer are presented. Computer simulation results presented and design parameters that include Area, number of cells and Latency between our scheme and existing schemes compared.
