چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this study is effect of Suggestions System on Financial Performance and job Satisfaction in Employees of Corporations of Accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange. A descriptive, quantitative, co relational design was used. Statistic population of research concludes all employees of Corporations of Accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange. The population consists of ۲۵۱ employees. A data collection instrument is included demographic questionnaire, questionnaire of suggestion system, financial performance and job satisfaction. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Pearson’s and Spearman’s correlations, regression analysis, ANOVA analyses and SPSS software (package of SPSS / pc + + ver۲۱). The results of this study show the there is a significant relationship between suggestion system with financial performance and job satisfaction of employees. According the results, there is not a significant relationship between financial performance, job satisfaction and social dimension.
