چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim : Fungal diseases make heavy damages to poultry industry perennially.High risk of aspergillosis occurrence in modern hatchery units can only be prevented by strictbiosecurity rules. Methods : In this study, by sampling the lungs of ۱۰۰ extinct chickens from ۲۰ Aviculture inBabol county are investigated in order to determine prevalence rate of Aspergillus spp. Aftersampling, samples were cultures in SDA medium containing chloramphenicol and aftermicroscopically examination fungus are identified at the species level. Also, the relationship effectof bed type (roll, straw and roll+straw) and type of poultry breeding system (mechanized and nonmechanized)on isolated species was determinedResults : . Among the samples, the prevalence rate of aspergillosis was ۸% that A. fumigatus andA. niger were allocated ۷% and ۱% of the positive samples to themselves respectively. The strawbed and the non-mechanized breeding system were the most contaminated. Statistical analysisresult from K۲ test showed that there was a significant correlation between Aspergillus prevalenceand bed type (sig=۰.۰۵۰) and breeding system (sig=۰.۰۰۲). There was a significant differ betweenkind of bed type and breeding system (sig=۰.۰۰۰).Conclusion : According to the results of the following study and reviewed literature, prevalencerate of fungal agents is depended to the biosecurity of poultry houses, therefore, providingsolutions such as disinfection of poultry.
