چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim : Piscine mycobacteriosis could be considered one of the most importantchronic diseases in the ornamental fish industry . The influence of economic values andimportation and also the chance to be presence in zoonotic disease, this micro organism is highlyvaluable. The influence of economic values, transportation and listed to be presence in zoonoticdisease, this microrganism has made this microorganism important from different perspectives.Methods : The aim of this study was to evaluate Mycobacterium infection based on preliminaryreview data and to investigate the multi-sectoral nature of fish farms in Tehran, Kerman andQazvin provinces. A questionnaire was developed based on accurate data of fish and human forprocessing and analysis. In addition, one case of fish tank granuloma has been reported.Results : Symptoms in fin fish include excessive weight loss (P: ۴۱.۲%), scarring of the body (P:۳۷.۱%), deep or surface ulcers (۴۹.۱%) and appearance of white nodules in the internal organs ofthe body (P: ۳۴.۲%). Diseases, especially diseases that have no clinical symptoms, can erode thepopularity and prosperity of these fish in the market and reduce their material and commercialvalue. Asymptomatic diseases (P: ۲۶.۱%) can cause almost serious diseases in humans, especiallyin people with certain underlying diseases. However, some of these symptoms may overlap andadd to the difficulty.Conclusion : The main cause of this disease is disregard for health standards. Some of these casesinclude pollution of fish farm (۱۸.۳۱%), water source and artificial fish ponds (۳۲.۴%) and noncompliancewith safe communication rules between colleagues (P: ۱۹.۶%, etc. Health standardsare suggested, and adhering to principles along with ongoing studies can help as a preventative orcontrolling factor and reduce its harmful effects.
